Ashley Greene is a rising young star, who will have her big break playing Alice Cullen in Twilight due out this winter 2008. Greene is a southern girl from Jacksonville, Florida, who moved to Los Angeles fresh out of high school to pursue an acting career. She broke into Hollywood with roles in popular television shows including Ashton Kutcher's prank show Punk'd and Fox's MADtv.
Ashley is a former model. She has done modeling work for Fenk Junk, Vision NYC, Sutra and been photographed by Carlos Armando for some campaigns. Her acting career started in 2006 when she guest starred on the television shows Crossing Jordan, playing Ann Rappaport opposite Jill Hennessy and Miguel Ferrer, and Shark, in which she was only seen in brief shots in the background - but bigger parts soon followed. Ashley got a regular gig on the soap Desire, but the series was cancelled after just one season.
Stepping into the film scene, Ashley had a bit part in 2007's King of California. Up next for her is thriller Otis and the sci-fi drama Radio Free Albemuth, where she plays Rhonda - and, of course, the highly anticipated Twilight movie.
Based on the beloved novel, Twilight is about a teenage girl, Bella, who risks everything when she falls in love with Edward Cullen, a vampire. It will be helmed by Thirteen director Catherine Hardwicke and also stars Kristen Stewart as Bella, Robert Pattinson as Edward, Peter Facinelli as Carlisle, Elizabeth Reaser as Esme and Nikki Reed as Rosalie. Ashley Greene will play one of the vampires, Alice Cullen.
Alice shares many of the physical traits associated with Twilight vampires, such as inhuman beauty, pale skin, golden eyes which deepen to black depending on thirst, and deep, purple shadows under her eyes. She is described as being small, 4'10", with petite, "pixie-like" features. Her hair is described as cropped, spiky, and black. She carries herself with the grace of a dancer when walking, and it is mentioned that with her agility she could make even a ballerina jealous.
"The auditioning process was really long for me.... a couple of months. And I don't really know the people considered. I try not to focus on that stuff. And I knew about a month before I flew out," Ashley says on her auditioning experience.
Certainly Twilight will open a lot of doors for this rising talent.

Born and raised North Dakota, there wasn't much to do in the city besides playing games at the local arcade, going to the bowling alley, hunting, or sledding in the snow. Although Kellan had a simple upbringing, he learned to live everyday to the fullest, and has done far more with his 22 years than most people do in a lifetime! He lives by the saying..." try new things, you only live once..." From sky diving to parasailing, from motor cross to white water rafting, Kellan insists on living life like an adventure.
After moving to the state of Arizona when he was just 14, he discovered that he had a wild curiosity about life. This has led him on a search for knowledge in everything he puts his hands and mind to. In high school, Kellan had the unique opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic for a semester, to study its culture and the Spanish language. This gave him a grounded outlook on life and the struggles that face many cultures outside America. Other high school memories include winning the Arizona Youth Billiard Championship.
Kellan's family were not very supportive in his decision to become an actor after graduating from high school, instead of going to college, where he was considering becoming a chemical engineer. However, their fears were alleviated as he has worked virtually nonstop since arriving in Los Angeles. The past year's highlights include landing several high profile modeling campaigns, including the coveted job as the cover-boy of "Abercrombie & Fitch's Summer Catalogue 2004." He can also be seen in the Levi's Jean ads.
He has shot a string of independent films where he has learned to hone his craft, and develop multiple characters of his own. He also participated in local theater. Kellan's first television opportunity was for CBS, the recurring role of "Rob" on "The Bold an the Beautiful." This past summer Kellan shot the lead in an MTV pilot, as well as six episodes of the PAX tv show, "Model Citizens." Lutz then went on to shoot an episode of the new hit series, "CSI: New York," "Six Feet Under," and a recurring role on "Summerland."
He soon got more fame and appeared in HBO's "The Comeback" that starred actress Lisa Kudrow as sitcom actress Valerie Cherish in modern-day Los Angeles, after the series ended he had roles in the movies "Accepted" and "Stick It".
Most fame came from his appearance in Hilary Duff's "With Love" perfume commercial & music video, everyone saw this hot guy and was wondering who it was, he now will also appear in the third single of Hilary Duff called "Stranger". 2 years after his first role as a guest star in CSI: New York, he returned to the CSI series, as Chris Mullins in CSI: Las Vegas, he also got a small part in the hitseries "Heroes" with Hayden Panettiere.
In the last few months of 2007 it was confirmed that Kellan will be playing in the HBO seven-hour miniseries called "Generation Kill" which is based on a true story and will be aired in 2008, his other films "Deep Winter", and his role in "Prom Night" will all be released in 2008, and hopefully bring Kellan more publicity and work.
Although his dreams are coming true, Kellan still hasn't quenched his desire to learn and create. This past year he has also patented two inventions and is waiting for the prototype to be created.
Kellan is the middle child of six brothers and one sister, but this doesn't bother him because as he puts it, "I'm the tallest kid in the family!" And he never lets his siblings forget it...

Breaking Dawn. The Final

Немного о финальной книге.
В Q&A со Стефани в Чикаго, она ещё раз подтвердила, что "Breaking Dawn" финальная часть серии и на это закончится рассказ со стороны Беллы. Есть возможность и других книг (кроме midnight sun), которые будут вести рассказ просто от других героев.
На официальном сайте, книга обозначается "The fourth and final book in Stephenie Meyer's #1 international bestselling Twilight Saga"

Как мы уже писали ниже, что 9 мая нас ожидает тезер трейлер, но я совсем забыла выложить вам транскрипт, исправляюсь:

на английском

Summit logo appears with simple piano keys and light strings in the background music.
A scene fades in, deep in the forest. Bella's standing with her back to Edward, with Edward a few feet behind her.
Bella : How old are you?
Edward (voice almost a whisper): 17
The camera pans around and focuses in on her face, which is full of shock and a bit of fear, her eyes cut to him as if she wants to turn and face him but doesn't quite have the courage.
Bella: How long have you been 17?
Cuts to a clip of Edward crouched, as if hunting. A quick sequence of a deer running, trees and leaves flying past follows and ends as a figure rushes from the left and pounces the deer. Cut back to Edward, still behind Bella but a little closer than before.
Edward: Awhile.
The words "When you can live forever" come onto the screen.
A figure seems to fly through the air among the tree tops before the scene cuts to Jasper, talking to Edward over the hood of a car.
Jasper: This is wrong, Edward. She's not one of us.
Cut to Edward, looking intense as his fingers grip the car top. Then a brief scene comes up, firelight-type glow with Edward leaning in towards Bella, her mouth slightly opened. Fade back to black. (I'd put in the screencap for this, but it really isn't good enough quality to see what's going on...)
The words "what do you live for" come onto the screen.
Bella's putting something in her backpack, which is laid on the hood of her truck. She glances over, and we see Edward watching her from across the parking lot, next to his Volvo.
Horns honk, and the van races in out of control. We hear screeching brakes and the camera cuts to Bella in time for us to see Edward swoop in and pull her down to the ground. The van slams towards them, and Edward's hand leaves a huge impression in the metal where he stops it. Bella looks up at him confused and shocked, and a look of sheer panic floods over Edward's face.
The words "From the world wide bestsellers" come onto the screen.
Cut to a scene in (I'm assuming) Bella's room. Bella faces Edward, her back to the windows overlooking a forest.
Bella: I'm not scared of you.
Edward leans in a tiny bit closer.
Edward: You really shouldn't have said that.
They stare at one another for a moment, and the corners of Edward's lips quirk up in a mischievous and sly smile that's almost a smirk before he tosses her arms over his shoulders, swings her onto his back and leaps out of the window.
